By using AdaptScript, a product of Spearhead Consulting, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use AdaptScript.

2. Description of Service

AdaptScript is an online platform allowing users to upload manuscripts for the purpose of transposing them into various formats and adaptations, including but not limited to screenplays, style changes, voice alterations, and grammatical corrections, using advanced AI technology based on OpenAI’s Large Language Model.

3. No Warranty and Quality Disclaimer

We strive to provide high-quality transformations of your uploaded content. However, we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or satisfaction of the output generated by AdaptScript. You acknowledge that the AI-based output may contain errors, including but not limited to grammatical mistakes, stylistic issues, or inaccuracies in translation.

4. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of the original content you upload to AdaptScript. However, any output generated by AdaptScript is not owned by Spearhead Consulting, LLC. The responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and using the generated content remains solely with the user.

We do not claim any ownership of the AI-generated content, nor do we warrant that the generated content will be free from infringement on third-party rights, including copyright or intellectual property.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload to AdaptScript does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or copyright. Spearhead Consulting, LLC assumes no liability for any copyright infringements arising from the use of the service.

The user acknowledges that the adaptations, alterations, and transpositions provided by AdaptScript are generated through AI models and may involve transforming content that is not always fully accurate or precise. Spearhead Consulting, LLC disclaims all liability related to any copyright claims or disputes that may arise from the generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spearhead Consulting, LLC will not be held liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of AdaptScript. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spearhead Consulting, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of AdaptScript, your uploaded content, or any generated output.

8. Disclaimer Regarding Language and Accuracy

The language translations, stylistic transpositions, and grammatical corrections provided by AdaptScript may not always be entirely accurate or suitable for your purposes. Spearhead Consulting, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any language translations or adaptations performed by the product. Users are advised to review and verify the output before any form of usage.

9. Termination of Use

Spearhead Consulting, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to AdaptScript for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in unlawful or inappropriate activities.

10. Changes to Terms

Spearhead Consulting, LLC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of AdaptScript after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services outlined in this Privacy Policy. Manuscript content and generated outputs are stored for user convenience but can be deleted upon user request.
